Historic Lancaster
One of England’s Heritage Cities, Lancaster has something magical to offer every visitor. A famous castle, fascinating museums, stunning architecture, cosy old fashioned pubs and trendy coffee shops are just some of its highlights. Lancaster is also a creative city with not one, but two theatres, two annual music festivals, the Storey Gallery, tempting independent shops, and the icing on the cake is surely the famous Williamson Park and Ashton Memorial.

Morecambe Bay
The magnificent Morecambe Bay stretches from the south west corner of the Lake District to Fleetwood in Lancashire, and is just a 15 minute drive from the Royal Kings Arms. At the heart of the bay is the famous art deco town of Morecambe itself, and there is no better place from which to admire the panoramic views than from this seaside town’s promenade and statue of its most famous son, the late great comedian Eric Morecambe.
